Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Masa's MEO Studio website (masameo.netlify.app) or engaging our services. By accessing this website or entering into a service agreement with Masa's MEO Studio, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any services provided by Masa's MEO Studio. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or engage our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Services

Masa's MEO Studio provides local search optimization consulting services, including but not limited to: Google Business Profile setup and optimization, local citation building and auditing, review acquisition program design, and local landing page SEO. The specific scope of services for each client engagement is defined in a separate written agreement.

We do not guarantee any specific search ranking outcome, position in Google's local Map Pack, or volume of traffic, calls, or customers. Search engine algorithms change frequently and are outside our control. Our obligation is to perform the agreed work thoroughly and in accordance with Google's published guidelines — not to deliver a specific ranking result.

3. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use this site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications through our contact form
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this website or its underlying infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy content from this website without our written consent

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are set out in the individual service agreement signed between Masa's MEO Studio and the client. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are stated in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to perform our services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about their business, including correct name, address, and phone number as they should appear in Google Business Profile
• Grant the necessary access to their Google Business Profile and related accounts in a timely manner
• Notify us promptly of any changes to business information, location, or service area
• Review and approve any content we prepare before it is published to their profile

Masa's MEO Studio is not liable for ranking setbacks or profile issues resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client or from changes to the business that the client failed to communicate.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by Masa's MEO Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

Content and deliverables produced specifically for a client engagement (reports, written copy, citation data) become the client's property upon full payment of all outstanding fees for that engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Masa's MEO Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of customers, or loss of data. Our total liability to any client for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liability arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty that information on this site is accurate, complete, or current.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to this website for any user who violates these Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
