MEO / Local SEO Agency — Tokyo

Get found on the map.
Not just the search results.

We do the work that makes your Google Business Profile rank — citations, profile optimization, review acquisition, and local content that puts your business in the Map Pack.

What we do

Four services. One focus: local visibility.

Every engagement is built around the signals Google uses to rank businesses in the Map Pack.

Google Business Profile Optimization

An incomplete or miscategorized profile is the most common reason local businesses miss the Map Pack. We claim and verify your profile, configure the correct primary and secondary categories, add your full service menu, and populate every attribute Google surfaces to searchers in your category.

Map Pack Ranking (MEO)

Map Pack position depends on proximity, relevance, and prominence. We build consistent citations across the directories Google trusts, audit your NAP consistency across the web, and develop the local content signals — area-specific service pages, geo-targeted Q&A entries — that tell Google your business belongs in front of nearby searchers.

Review Acquisition & Management

Review velocity and recency are ranking factors. We design a review request process that fits your workflow — via SMS, QR code, or post-visit sequence — and write response templates for positive and negative reviews that protect your reputation without generic copy.

Local Landing Page SEO

If you operate from more than one location, or serve multiple neighborhoods, one homepage is not enough. We build individual location pages with the structured data, internal linking, and locally relevant copy that help each branch rank independently.

How we work

Three phases. No surprises.

We follow a structured process so you know exactly what we are doing and why at every stage.

Audit

We assess your current profile, citation landscape, and competitive environment. You receive a clear report showing what is working, what is broken, and where the ranking opportunities are — before any work begins.

Strategy

Based on the audit, we define a prioritized 90-day action plan — what we will fix, build, and monitor, and what success looks like for your specific location and category.

Execute & Report

We carry out the plan and report monthly with the KPIs that matter — Map Pack share-of-voice, profile views, direction requests, and calls — adjusting based on what the data shows.

What we measure

Metrics that reflect real business impact.

We report on the signals that actually drive foot traffic and calls — not vanity numbers.

Common questions

Answers worth reading before you reach out.

How long until rankings improve?

Most clients see measurable improvements in profile engagement — views and clicks — within 30 to 60 days of profile optimization. Map Pack ranking changes take longer, typically 3 to 6 months, because they depend on building consistent signals over time. We do not promise a specific timeline; ranking depends on factors outside our control, including competitor activity and Google algorithm updates.

Do you guarantee a top-3 Map Pack position?

No. We do not guarantee specific rankings, and anyone who does is promising something they cannot control. What we guarantee is thorough, documented work: every citation built, every attribute set, every review request tracked. The results those actions produce depend on your competitive market and how Google weights the signals at any given time.

Which industries do you work with?

We work primarily with brick-and-mortar businesses in the service sector: clinics, salons, fitness studios, restaurants, retail shops, and professional services. We have experience with both single-location businesses and small multi-branch operators across Tokyo and the surrounding area.

Do you require a long-term contract?

Our standard engagement is a 6-month initial term to allow enough time for meaningful results to develop. After that, you can continue on a month-to-month basis or renew. We provide full documentation of everything we have done, so you are never locked into a relationship that is not working.
